Transmuxing MP4 HLS VOD not playing

Hi,

I have install Nimble streamer on my local pc and connected the server with wmspanel.

I am trying to play a MP4 file as described in the following link

I used the following file as my mp4 file

http://download.blender.org/peach/bigbuckbunny_movies/BigBuckBunny_320x180.mp4

I put my mp4 on my home directory and add a VOD streaming from Nimble server route panel as shown on above article then trying to play the mp4 with the following url
http://<my-nimble-server-ip>:8081/vod/BigBuckBunny_320x180.mp4/playlist.m3u8

But vlc cant play it. and saying not found on its error log

Please check Nimble Streamer user permissions. It must be able to open content directory and read file.

The file that I was using for vod streaming did not have proper read access. I can play it fine. Thanks a lot Yury.
