Mpeg-ts feed instability

Okay so heres the situation we have a bunch of feeds that are rtmp powered and a bunch that are mpeg-ts powered, NORMALLY rtmp seems to work as intended however mpeg-ts seems to be a bit of a mess a feed that will load on one server wont load on another, plus improving that first feed for audio and video would be great so people dont have to go goofing around with drop downs to get the right codec, thanks
