How do I change reporting times for wms-panel Windows service?

I have wms-panel service running on a Windows Media Server 2008 R2. On some days, WMS service crashes around the same time when (i think) wms-panel aggregate stats. Looking on the dashboard of wms-panel website, i can see that historical data is being reported at 8am and 8pm. Our service crashes at 8 pm, but not on a daily basis.
How could i change the settings of the wms-panel service so it sends data at a later time (i.e. 8am and 11pm)?
